Sandvik Dealer Agreement

Cubex Limited today announces that it has entered into a dealer agreement with Sandvik Mining and Construction
to market, distribute and support Cubex’s underground mining product line including all underground drills,
booster/compressors packages, ancillary support components, and water pump systems. Sandvik Mining and
Construction will primarily serve the global markets excluding Canada and the state of Nevada in the USA.
