In-Field / On-Site Support
Our highly trained service technicians are ready to provide support on-site. Backed by our service and engineering departments while out in the field, our service technicians are able to supply you with the quickest and most accurate troubleshooting and repair possible. Simply put: we don’t leave until your drill works and you are satisfied.
If you are planning to purchase upgrades for your Cubex equipment, our service technicians and representatives from Sandvik Mining are available to perform the installation for you on-site, providing you with the quickest and most efficient manner possible to perform the upgrade.

Parts Support
This form can be used to notify Cubex staff of parts required. Please fill out all applicable fields and a Cubex or Sandvik Mining representative will contact you to confirm your requirements. This form is not intended to order parts, but as a means of communication to the Cubex factory for support.
Training
On-Site Operator Training
Cubex has developed a comprehensive training program designed to teach operators the necessary skills required to operate Cubex equipment safely and efficiently. It is available in many levels, from basic for new operators, to advanced for seasoned operators already familiar with Cubex equipment.
Maintenance (Mechanical and Electrical) Training
Another Cubex training program designed to teach maintenance personnel the required knowledge to work on and repair Cubex equipment, mechanically and electrically, in a safe and efficient manner. These training programs are customizable to match the knowledge level of your personnel, making the training more efficient.
Classroom Factory Training
Most companies send their key operators and maintenance personnel to the Cubex factory to ensure an optimal understanding of ITH drilling technology. This training is available at the Cubex factory, giving the trainee access to a wide list of factory resources.
