Details
- Cubex will ship (rebuilt as “new”) exchange unit to customer for quick turn around.
- Customer is to ship Core unit to Cubex for evaluation.
- After evaluation the repairs will be charged out based the following criteria:
Repairable
- Customer is charged a flat exchange rate per unit.
- If major parts of unit do not meet rebuild criteria customer will be charged at 75% of new cost for part (e.g. Crank shaft in compressor is not reusable customer will be charged for 75% cost of new crank shaft on top of exchange price).
Non-Repairable
- If the unit is uneconomical to repair Cubex will replace the unit with a new one and the customer will be charged the replacement price instead.
Note: Repair and return is available without exchange upon request, but repairs might take some time depending on workload in rebuild center. You would not experience this delay with our exchange program.
